I'm 5'10" and currently 168. I was down to 158 and unfortunately gained some back. My original goal was 145 but I don't know that I could happily maintain that. I would be happy (and pretty thin looking) at between 150-160.

If you have your fitbit set up to sync with MFP you should not add your jog into MFP. However, if you do a non step based exercise such as bicycling, you would want to add it. It will have you add a time frame for that exercise so that it takes the 'steps' logged during that timeframe into account.

I have the Charge HR and before that the flex. When I need to I will wrap it around my belt loop or the middle of my bra. I imagine your pocket would work.

I have the FitBit Charge HR and I do not have a smart phone. I just sync it at home with my laptop.

I've lost about 60 pounds but these last two weeks have been like that for me. I only have 9 pounds left to go (or that was the last time I checked anyways. May be more now.) I'm losing my motivation a bit and need to get back to it!!

You did not undo everything in just one day. The scale may have went up due to water retention from increased sodium, but it should level back out to where you were within a couple days.

Thank you all for the input. You are right, I shouldn't worry about the shopping carts. I don't do that enough to worry about the difference. Now that it is nice out again the majority of my exercise is outside walking where I am pushing a stroller, but as you said, it is pretty casual and I can just use the calorie burn…

I either loop my flex around a belt loop or wear it on my bra.

MFP and Fitbit have had issues syncing for months. Mine hasn't worked properly since the beginning of the year. Sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting them does the trick, but not always.

I'm with those who save a big portion for dinner. I like a big dinner and usually a dessert. Sometimes even an evening snack. I sometimes even have two mini dinners because my husband typically works late so I will have a small one when I would normally eat dinner, and then another small one with him when he is home.

I almost always have to work out after dinner. It's been no issue for me, unless it was a big or heavy dinner then I get a little sick if I push too hard.

In MFP, the website, if you click on Apps, you can select FitBit from there and it will walk you through the steps of syncing them. Yes and it is frustrating the heck out of me. I've had this problem for a month or so now. Disconnected and reconnecting the two usually does the trick. Three days this week now I just have no adjustment because it just didn't work or it was too much of a pain to have to disconnect and reconnect AGAIN. Hope it gets fixed…
