This has been very helpful. I went through it all earlier this week and adjusted my calories, but wasn't sure I had done it right. I believe I did after reading all this, but I guess the best way to test is to watch the scale. Thanks for the post!

Question...when you say you put in your TDEE numbers did you include exercise into your TDEE calculations? Or are you using maintenence TDEE and just not eating back exercise? I'm trying to make the switch too and slightly confused as to how to do it.

I like the 40 calorie bread too! I also like it with I can't believe it's not butter spray. I have that almost every morning for breakfast on the weekends. Yum!!!

If you created it in MFP you should have been able to select how many servings it had total, in which case if you put 12 you would be able to select 1 serving and it will calculate that for you. If you just put it in as one giant serving you will have to put your serving in as whatever fraction you ate

Hey. I'm 5'10", but i've lost most of my weight already. Currently at 164, goal is 160 then I will see if I want to lose more from there or maintain. I started at 216 though. Feel free to add if you want!

Me also! My last baby just turned 1 this week. I gained 40 during the pregnancy, but have since lost that 40 plus another 12. Still looking at another few pounds though!

I totally know what you mean. I've gained and lost all through my life. When I'm in the losing phases I get obsessed. Constantly calculating how many calories I can have, or I should cut, If I lost X amount of weight per week I would weigh Y amount by such date. I also feel I am starting to annoy people with constantly…

Right or wrong, I am fixated with that number on the scale. Never got into measuring. I can tell the inches by what pants fit me or not. I would rather see the scale go down.

The show Sex Talk with Sunny Megatron did this experiment and answered that exact question. The results were disappointing if I remember correctly.

You need to log into your fitbit on the computer and change it under Settings. I'm not sure if you can access your settings with the phone app, I don't use that.
