Yes, turmeric may support joint health, but is more likely to absorb better in some supplement forms that are hydro-soluble.

One other thing to note about curcumin/turmeric supplements is that forms that are hydro-soluble with also absorb better than the forms with the black pepper extract.

Another thing to note is that taking a statin lowers CoQ10 levels in the body, and that may produce other side effects as well. Something to discuss with your doctor.
