I met with my dietitian yesterday and that's what she wants me to try. I'm not looking forward to it. It does not look easy to follow. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that onions and garlic are not issues for me!

I have 3 slow cookers - 4, 5, & 6 quart. The smaller one is a Hamilton Beach, I believe. Th3 5 quart is Crock-Pot brand SCRP500-SP 5-Quart Smudge Proof Slow Cooker. It is my favorite. I like to join smoothie challenges at simplegreensmoothies.com. These are very simple smoothie recipes. I use my Blentec for all kinds of things but green smoothies are my favorite. I was going to copy and paste my favorite recipe in here but the fact is that I like just about all of them.

Routine is important. I drink it first thing in the morning before I do anything else. I drink it the last thing just before bed. I keep water with me at all times. I set an alarm on my fitbit to go off every 2 hours during the day. When the alarm vibrates, I finish the water beside me and get up to refill it.

My favorite juice is apple, beet, carrots (4-6). Sometimes I add celery, spinach, 1/2 cucumber, or even ginger. It is an excellent juice. As to smoothies, I only make green ones.
