Thanks guys so much for the help, and golf might not be strong workout but still is workout :) dont knock it till you try it, might be off quite a bit on how hard of a workout yes proably but thats why I am here working on trying to fix it!

Thanks to those who post positive useful advice, its hard sometimes to ask for help here since many ppl can be ready hurtful as if trying to lose weight isnt hard enough, so thanks to those who choose to help me :) I am just at the beggning hopefully make it thru!

I am using a polar HRM for calories I also do 30 min at driving range before I start golf round and texas is super hot lol, I think the high fat and bad food logging is more what it is it seems, I shall see this weeks result.

Sodium might be bad I do drink at least 3 diet cokes a day, can calories be inflated while using Heart rate monitor?

Thanks for the help guys, Calories I am using polar heart rate monitor so they seem to be as accuarte as they can not sure how inflated they can be if I am using that, Yes I do eat out a bit :( Net calories for the week were negative so not sure whats going on, sleep has been an issue for quite sometime due to stress which…
