Drank on my planned drinking night. I could have stopped at 2 and been just fine but had the 3rd because I was tipsy and it seemed like a good idea. :) Nights are getting cooler so I’ll be having apple cider and hot chocolate in addition to my teas at night. Haha! Yes, wine does make me more talkative with adults, especially at a social event. I find when I am drinking at home, it makes me really drowsy and just ready for bed. And that’s what I crave sometimes - a nice warm feeling before bed and the brain is turned off...until it isn’t. :)

I’m in! Day 1 for me. Been overindulging and can tell it is starting to negatively affect me. Insomnia, anxiety, more hungry, etc. Have followed this thread in the past and love the support and wise words. Will check in tonight.

5/8 days AF so far! I’ve found one of my triggers - having “too many” calories left at the end of the day. Tonight, I had kombucha instead and a big bowl of cereal.
