I might actually try this, thanks for the tip. I have been freezing just about everything in portions lately. It works out well.

Trick i use for cheese on my eggs is to add it to the hot pan when my eggs are finished and roll the eggs around in it. 2 eggs and 1 oz shredded cheese and you honestly won't know that you didn't use half the block.
