  • 1 cup raw oats ½ tbsp cinnamon ½ tbsp cacoa powder 1 (frozen) banana 1 cup cooked beans (chickpeas or pintobeans) Blend al togheter in a blender and store it in the fridge. It is about 500-600 calories, easy to drink and tasty as well!
