If you are lifting heavy 4 days a week and working out 5 days a week, I would increase your calories. You may not lose if you are not eating enough, as silly as that sounds.

Protein pancakes are great. You can make them for a week and just heat them up as needed. Overnight oats, or oatmeal are quick. You can also do egg muffins with different veggies, you can make them for a whole week and heat them up for a few seconds in the morning.

Eating the right food will give you energy, working out will give you energy. You don't need expensive MLM products. Don't fall for that crap. You lose weight from a calorie deficit. Calories in vs calories out.

Flap jack mighty muffins are good. 20 gramps of protein and taste and texture are spot on. Frozen blueberries are my go to. I always keep some in my freezer.
