I have been using the Fitbit Flex and MFP mainly. I also have C25K, but I don't use it very often. Such a hassle to run with my phone! I also have been using pintrest for inspiration, a well as youtube for exercise videos. Mainly for yoga! Hope everybody is doing well today! Great first day to the challenge. :)

1. Track every day - even the bad stuff! 2. Walk 7,000 steps a day 3. No chocolate what-so-ever (until fasting in Feb). I think that is the best I can do for now. You are all very motivating. Thanks for the inspiration.

Start Weight: 72 kg / 159 lbs Current Weight: 69 kg / 152 lbs Easter Goal: 65 kg / 143 lbs Ultimate Goal: 60 kg / 132 lbs I have been trying to lose 5kg (10lbs) for over a year now, only to be let down by myself! I stay on one diet and exercise maybe for a week or two and give up. Hopefully this will boost my motivation.
