Hi Chuck and SYSKers :) I'm 5'7" and about 180lbs right now. I've recently lost about 5lbs which has me encouraged to start trying a bit more. My low weight was about 135lbs, and I am pretty happy in the 140s, although at the moment I am really just struggling to take every 5lbs off and keep it off.

Seconding that - weight fluctuates a lot on daily basis, and many scales aren't the greatest. (I have had 30lbs discrepencies between different scales on the same day, and my weight has swung around up to 10lbs in a single day on the same scale.)
