Lost 30 lbs in 2015. Felt great outside as well as inside. Lots of energy to do anything. I started 30 days Shred 10 days ago. Completed level 1 and today will be my first day on level 2. Result - No weight loss yet however inches have been lost, feel my body is toned and my endurance has improved. I can now do those jumping jacks and skipping rope and keep up with JM and the girls. :) Happy to join all of you…
