Are you using the Polar Flow app on your phone? Is your BlueTooth on? Is your A300 shown as a device that is connected in your BlueTooth settings? If so, you may need to "forget this device" and resync. It can be glitchy at first, but once it's synced you should be good to go. I love my A300!

Not yet. I've emailed Polar with no response. It worked like a charm those first few weeks. Now I'm just frustrated.
