Yes but surely there's more to it than that. Half a dozen donuts could give me lots of calories but even I know there are good and bad ones.

Happens to me if I haven't eaten in a while. Usually goes within quarter of an hour after eating something.

I'm new to diets so can't speak from experience but I remember reading that they give you no more help than water. Just a marketing ploy.

Hi, lot of similarities here. My second day doing this, never done this before. Sorry if I'm supposed to start my own thread, let me know. You seem to know more than me. I have started scanning my food but have no clue what I am looking at or what I am supposed to do with the information.
