Hi everyone! I'm 42yrs young and looking for new friends on the same journey of health and fitness. Feel free to send me a friend request. I was on MFP a while ago and I came back. Just taking it one day at a time.. I started weight training and cardio again, just have to be more consistent.

I purchased this armband for my iPhone and I love it. I've had a few different brands and so far this is the best: Mediabridge Armband for iPhone 6S / 6 - Includes 3 Silicone Case.

I'm an avid coffee drinker and when I started doing a low carb diet, I used half and half, a dash of cinnamon, 1 Splenda and sugar free Caramel syrup by Torani. I have been drinking my coffee like this for a couple of years and find it satisfying without all the guilt

I own the Nuwave Brio air fryer which is a 3.5 quart capacity. A friend recommended it to me a while ago and finally made the purchase a little more than six months ago. One of the best kitchen appliances I own! Love it!

I own a Nuwave Brio air fryer and love it! A friend recommended it to me but she has the power XL version, mines a 3.5 quart so it's a bit smaller.

As a low carber myself I have to say there was one month that I only lost 1 lb and was so frustrated but then I did my measurements and lost 7 inches. The scale will always differ but not your measurements!

I am going to lose 33lbs for my ultimate goal weight of 140lbs. I have lost 54lbs in 2014. I'm going to do this!
