Im not sure about the carb number but I have the same peoblem with munching after dinner. I find if I eat a hard boiled egg or a piece of cheese it seems to satisfy me. I make sure I always have some low carb grab-and-eat snacks in the fridge so that I dont go for carby snacks.

Ive been keto for nearly 4 mo (and on-and off for the better part of a decade) andhave lost around 30lb. So if anyone wants a ‘friend’ feel free to add me! Edit: I should add that Im not super strict. Most would probably consider memore low carb than keto. I try and stay under 30 net carbs/day. I am not the keto-police…

I use erythritol in my coffee. I think strvia is gross but erythritol has a much better flavour.

I put 1T in my coffee, with some cream, for the protein in the morning because I dont like eating breakfast. My skin looks good right now but it could also be because Ive been eating well for a few months and I know that has helped. I dont like whey protein so collagen works well for me because it is tasteless in coffee.

This is true for me as well. If Im not eating enough fat I will feel like Im hungry, regardless of how much Ive actually eaten. Ill eat a few hundred cals of fat and then feel satiety for the reat of the day.

How active are you? Is it possible that 1350 isnt enough? It might be more sustainable if you up your calories a bit.
