sorry if you misunderstood my post. i was merely trying to give basic info on nutrition. and yes i know not everyone wants to do iifym but i was merely suggesting looking into it. whatever works for you you should keep doing but it doesn't hurt to try new things as long as you the basics down.

but you are doing the same thing counting calories just not tracking them on this website called myfitnesspal. which isn't any more right or wrong than counting them yourself. at the end of the day though if its what you like and if it works for you then do it.
