Hmm...I dread the day I hit my own plateau. Maybe you can try a different work out to shift things? I don't want to say eat less, since you maybe already do. I hope you can over come it.

I am also a food addict. One thing I am trying to do is not think of this as a "diet". I'm trying to think of it as a healthy living choice I am making. God knows I like sneak in a pizza and some candy bars later down the road. :P

Usually I weigh myself every week on a certain day and log it, even on period weeks. I usually gain 3-6 pounds on those weeks, but when I weigh myself again the week after, "double the weight" comes off :P It's nice to see!
