I've only lost 5lbs, but to me that's a big accomplishment. I'm onto week three and have never stuck with a "diet" that long. But for me, I have noticed my energy is much better...my stomach is shrinking, and my legs and arms are losing fat along with my back. My stomach is slowly starting to lose.....I am actually happy…

I'm only giving up foods that were really bad for me that I was eating...Like Pizza, fried foods, etc. BUT when it comes to Skittles, I will never give those up. That does help a lot. Luckily, I have found fantastic friends on MFP and reading all the success stories have helped push me. Thankfully, this time, I am looking at this as not really a diet, but a healthy way to live. Veggies and fruits are my lifesavers!!!!
