A year ago I had similar problem. I wasn't overweight but I wanted to feel comfortable in my body :smile: I'm 20, currently 5'6'' 118lbs. I lost about 31lbs. At first I was at the higher side of normal, now I'm at the lower side and it's great!

Rarely. I like cooking for myself - it's cheap and I don't feel good if I eat too much fast food couple days in the row. But "cheat day" helps me to rise my daily calorie intake so I sometimes think, I should "cheat" more (these days I have problem with eating enough).
