  • Thanks Missiontofitness- silly typo!! :) I figured my IIFYM and then plugged those numbers in MFP so that I don't have MFP calculate my exercise back onto the 1200 calories. My IIFYM is 1598 daily. I don't eat over that, I log my calories into my MFP dairy. Trying very hard to stay within proteins, carbs, fat.
