Kielbasa and potato skillet with onions carmelized in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Picture is of leftovers, I tamed myself to have calories for Spotted Cow :-)

The days I don't finish logging or don't log at all are the days I drink 4+ alcoholic drinks. I need to log those days to acknowledge the caloric reality of it. And I just need to quit drinking so damn much.

I like using chipotle seasoning on my salmon. Gives it a nice flavor and kick, and all you have to do is shake the spice on. Easy peasy.

I did it for a little while until I joined a gym. It's a GREAT workout. I felt the burn on muscles I didn't even know I had. Plus wearing heels while working out is pretty entertaining ;-)

Totally in again! Goals this time around... 1.) Drink a gallon of water 2.) Add additional .5 mile to run at the gym 3.) Move up to 10lb weights from current 8lbs for squats, lunges, etc. As a kind of on the side note, I'll be allowed a rest day from running on Sunday to be kind to my bad knee, but the remaining workout…

Day one for me is (basically) complete. 1.) Became waterlogged after drinking a gallon of water 2.) Worked out at the gym for 20 minutes, plus some 3.) Refrained from drinking alcohol I'll probably keep gritting my teeth the rest of the night because of the last one. Have to kick that nasty drinking habit somehow though.…

You want to get as thin as possible, while already being underweight, and still be healthy? While I congratulate you for wanting to try to be healthy, you have to understand what being healthy actually means. Your desired goal and mindset are both far from it.
