i choose 5 dinners and get the ingredients for them.. the ingredients usually will make other meals as well. each day i just make whatever we are in the mood for. I always have rice, pastas, beans, lentils ect in my pantry.

exactly why i dont meal prep. Its just not for me and thats ok. i dont like leftovers and my taste changes or our plans change.

yup! everything will be vegetarian except for the turkey and im making seperate gravy and stuffing. im the only vegetarian! We have 3 raw vegans but they are bringing their own stuff.

Not me but my mom, she craved a specific type of food with me and my siblings and ate it everyday all day. With me she only craved spicy mexican food. She ate chimichangas and tacos chips and salsa literally everyday of her pregnancy.... guess what my favorite food is? Mexican and anything spicy.

i am transitioning back into vegetarianism so i will be eating everything but the turkey and im making a vegetarian stuffing (i dont stuff the bird) and gravy. I make so much stuff and this year will be cooking for 10-12 people. Its so fun for me since im not a chef anymore.

oh maaan i love marshmallows on sweet potatoes. I mash sweet potatoes then make a brown sugar whiskey sauce and pour it over the sweet potatos and pecans and top with marshmallows ugh its one of my faves.

my husband is from jersey and he was so excited for all the fast foods when he got here haha! Although he got to have delicious east coast pizza growing up.

more people over the years have gotten sick from taco bell then the one ecoli outbreak. walk into a taco bell and walk into a chipotle and see which one is more "unclean" lol.

I have lived in arizona, SF, Portland, and now San Diego so I have always has access to all fast foods. I grew up with in n out so i always thought other people did too lol. Jimmy Johns isnt here yet and i miss it soooo much. its the BEST!

pre logging and pre packing your food might help. for me if i am craving something like say chips.. and i eat something else that satisfies me the craving goes away. Its mostly plain ol hunger for me. Id have all of your meals and snacks already portioned out. You get that craving then eat something else you already have…

it doesnt matter unless you have a medical reason to avoid sugar/carbs. i love fruit!

beans and leafy greens for me. I also try to get in vitamin c while im eating high iron foods. My levels vary depending on if im being "healthy" or eating like crap. as mentioned above there is not one diet that makes a difference. I have Crohns and i can basically eat anything i want. How it makes me feel is another story.

i think ancient harvest has the best gf pasta. When i was gf (crohns disease) it was a godsend. Looks like im eating pasta everyday! 100grams for 25 grams of protein im so in!

has nothing to do with health it has to do with carbs and not retaining water.

it is such a science and does not always work out. Its also near impossible with pasteurized milk. (single pasteurization is usually ok) its so fun and delicious!
