was so excited for this as best foods/hellmans is the only mayo i like. NOPE tastes just like all the other weird mayos or miracle whip. Dont know why they couldnt have it taste the same while using organic eggs. so bummed.

i snowboarded from 9am-4pm non stop without eating so luckily i gad so many calories to eat.

its not technically a veggie burger as in chunks of veggies but the beyond burger is an incredible vegan burger.

i eat a drumstick ice cream just about wveryday. or fruit snacks... sugary cereal.. ect.

at my heaviest weight of 136 it is still considered healthy for my BMI even thought my entire life i would fluctuate between 15-116. The difference was my body fat percentage. at 135 you probably would have bet i was like 160. For me it was when i stopped working and got lazy. Even eating fast food like everday..…

i am fully offended.. mostly annoyed when people call themselves vegan when they are not doing it for ethical reasons, as well as the 25+ vegans that i know... and give me a break you must be new here saying that to basically the most helpful and nice vegan on these boards.

too much that i dont track it. I also dont measure when i cook. my BP has always been fine so i dont worry about it.

yea i use vega one all in one nutritional protein powder has 20 grams of protien, 6 servings of greens, fiber, vitamins and minerals, probiotics, and more for 150 calories. I mix that with greek yogurt and its 45 grams of protein.

last night i made green beans with chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, and a little honey. most other veggies i make with salt pepper and garlic. I have loved certain veggies my whole life but i suggest going on pinterest and searching veggies. Never ending recipies of delicious veggie recipies.

i dont eat meat anymore and its been a year since i ate pork.... BUT my pulled pork was one of my best meals. I would use the huy fong chili garlic sauce, brown sugar, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. the. i would add a little sweet baby rays when its done, but that chili garlic sauce is what made it.

agree protien doesnt keep my full and satisfied. i need fat and fiber.

i make my own usually but in a pinch or lazy i really like the brand "mother in laws".

i can make stove mashed potatoes in that time. I have a potato dicer that makes little cubes in a second. i then boil the smaller cubes and its done in about 8 mins. the smaller cuts makes it eaiser/faster to mash as well. I do love how quick i can cook dry beans in the instapot tho.

i eat at maintenance or over once a week or two weeks. i dont log it. If i go to brunch or out to dinner/movies i have fun live life and work hard the next day. it works for me.

i love cauliflower but someone would have to pry potatoes from my cold deal fingers.

our biggest meal is dinnee and usually late.. like 10-12. Its my favorite meal and work out at night before dinnee.

last night was our last night eating meat (ate what we had stocked in the freezer before i gave it up i dont believe in waisting) I have spicy veggie, black bean, and lentil chili in the crock pock because we are lazy watching foodball!

i like to make bowls. my favorite is eggs potatos with onion and pepper black beans avocado and pico

spicy peanut chicken in lettuce wraps with zucchini, carrot, green, onion, and cilantro.

Picked these up at whole foods today. Its non dairy milk that actually has protein. its pretty good! 100 cals for 8 grams of protein.
