What do you wish you hadn't eaten on Superbowl Sunday?

For me, it was Carvel "Game Ball" ice cream cake. Given the food choices at the (fantastic) party I attended, what was I thinking?

I just ate chicken wings...no biggie.

My wife and I used to host SB parties and we stopped because too many people were just there to party and gab and we wanted to actually watch the game, so we just spend the afternoon/evening as a family now and I always make wings.

Some baked beans. Didn't think they were that good, but the host made them so I finished them off. Wish I had taken half as many.

No regrets. I actually faired better than I thought I would. I had planned on eating more, but just wasn't feeling it, so I stopped. I am actually patting myself on the back today.

Brownies - though I only had half a piece. So good though! I think the beer from a party saturday for my Husband's 35th was worse than Sunday!!!

Some really nasty buffalo chicken dip made with cream cheese and queso, and a cake pop with the nastiest icing I've ever tasted.

I regret eating rice krispie squares, guacamole, and pizza with creamy garlic sauce all within a 30 min window.

I regret the Chinese takeout I had after the game. Not because of the extra calories, but because it was bland and overcooked. :'(

I had Red Lobster for lunch, but I regret having the left overs for dinner....and the last beer. I had such bad heartburn that I almost threw up and had to sleep sitting up. (There may have been some homemade fudge that I could have eaten less of...)

I should say that I did not watch the SuperBowl but it was my bday so same diff.

I regret not picking up some ice cream or something. I don't care about the Super Bowl, but I did really want some ice cream yesterday.

I regret the eggplant parm because anything fried gives me terrible heartburn. And the 2 bottles of red wine that gave me a horrific hangover.

No real regrets. I went over by about 200 calories.

I ate things that I normally do not, but I planned to do that for one day.

I actually ate 10 Fritos with dip (I never eat those). We had ribs (I had two with had 2 ounces of meat on them).

Homemade Taquitos with chicken and kale were great...and some deviled eggs.

The only regret for me....the sodium. I can feel it today...I am supposed to be sodium restricted.

    Today, back to normal.

I ate a little over my calories but it was planned. I lift and run three times a week so I just adjust things.
