My friend smokes. He spent five minutes in the windy, rainy, cold last night trying to light a cigarette--like he just HAD to have one for our walk. Made me feel better about my food cravings.

New member. Hoping to lose some pounds I put on after I lost weight a few years ago. SW: 210 CW: 146.2 (this morning) GW: 135 My goal will be to eat 1,200 calories a day, tracking either in this thread or on the MFP app. I will also go to the gym about 3 times a week (as I currently do).
