I wouldn't count it. I think when you set up your profile and choose you daily activity level, your calorie count is adjusted. So if you work at a desk during a typical day and don't move around a lot, you choose the "lazy *kitten*" setting. That's the best setting to choose any way, erring on the side of caution and all…

If you take a typical diet powder chocolate drink, add avacado and almond coconut to it and blend it up, it makes a pretty good chocolate pudding. Southbeach has the recipe for it. They of course tell you to use their shake but I'm sure there are plenty of comparable ones out there.

I eat a bit more beef jerky than I should these days. It's my go to low carb snack. I haven't tried the HasFit program. Do you get to eat cheese or nuts in moderation?

When I was the bad boy of gluttony, I would eat a meal at the cheesecake factory that had about the amount of calories I eat in three or four days now. And with enough salt that would make Lot's wife blush.

What state are you in? It may be that Olive Garden is willing to pay the fine, rather than disclose that their fried lasagna appetizer is 4,500 calories :)

Before you decide to eat more, make sure you are absolutely confident in the accuracy of your calorie count. My goal is 1,500 or less a day. Sometimes I'm hungry. I eat out often. I avoid all bread and starches wnen possible. A typical dinner for me now might be french onion soup without bread, and a piece of steak or burger patty and asparagus.
