I try to eat a large lunch to prevent too much snacking. Something with lots of veg and preferably beans. But when I do snack, I TRY to have something with staying power, like oats or nuts -- granola bar, trail mix, etc.

YES. I'm starting to look at my living room couch as The Enemy. My evenings are pretty sedentary. I think I may set an alarm on my FitBit to remind me to get off my butt.
