  • I prefer to maintain the same amount 7 days a week. If I was to eat less on my non lifting days, the low energy levels will continue onto training day and the session wouldn't probably suck.
  • It will be mostly water weight and your body will want to hold onto anything due to your weight being extremely low. Don't worry about it though, I had Anorexia Nervosa and experienced the same thing years ago. You'll find your body will eventually adapt to the food increase and will be beneficial in the long run!

  • I problem I find is that myfitnesspal round numbers up to the nearest next number. This surely means that the macros aren't accurate. I keep my calories in check and then look at macros. As long as Im within 5g of each macro I won't lose any sleep!
  • My total intake today on my diary was 1793kcls I had carbs 177g, protein 187, fat 29, these figures should total 1717kcls. My nutrient breakdown details then say I had carbs 173, protein 188, fat 32. I'm convinced there's a fault somewhere.
  • Thanks for all the replies. I've checked the macro content of all the foods and all the food info is correct. When I hit all my macros dead on, I'm somehow over by around 60-70kcls. My calories are 1800 in total and carbs and protein 180g and fat 40g. I've noticed that my diary intake of macros if different to what it says…
