I fast everyday, currently on a 16/8 and do 2 - 24 hours fasts. It has helped me drop a crazy amount of bf% in the last 90 days.

The 16:8 is awesome. Fridays I do a 24 hour fast, I find that it Jumpstarts my weekend. I've lost 20 pounds in the last 80 days and my BF% has dropped almost 5%. So, I'm definitely loving it.

I completed my first round of insanity about 2 months ago. I lost about 15 pounds. I'm getting ready to start doing my second round of in the first of the the year.

MFP is having interface issues. I haven't been able to see any newsfeed soft the past few days. I also have issues from time to time with Garmin connect, make sure the software is updated.

I had a Apple watch and returned it. To me it was uncomfortable to wear For long periods of time. Also if the optical sensors aren't flush to you skin it will give you inaccurate readings. I was in the same predicament 3 weeks ago. I myself got better results doing 2 secessions than a longer one. Doing the 2-30 minute secessions allowed me to do faster intervals and helped me lose a good amount of BF. Add me and I'll give you tips on how to help improve your fat loss.
