It's a percentage thing with me. Yes, I yoyo. It starts somewhere around 15% body fat. By the time I reach 10% or under, I have completed strangers commenting on my body. Funny thing is I never feel good about it myself.

As a man, I can't say that the extra attention brothers me. What I find strange and uncomfortable are the women who have been friends only and now flirt. It's really odd.

I do IF also. I am doing a 19/5 cycle. I was stuck at around 16% body fat. Things are in motion again with IF.
