There are lots of vegetarian options for protein! Tofu, beans, quinoa, hemp, chia seeds, edamame, meat substitutes, non-dairy milk, eggs (so much protein!), buckwheat, and so many more I'n probably forgetting :) Nuts are super high calorie for the amount of protein so I personally only have those once in a while, but there…
