Marmite broth! I feel like I may be alone in this one. My nanna would make it (probably still does) it's torn up white bread with butter and marmite in a bowl, then you pour a bit of boiling water in, it's soooo good!

You can make cauliflower rice, it really reduces the calories and is good for you.

Looking after myself by doing my nails, taking a long bath, trying new products, and I LOVE trying out hair and makeup tutorials on YouTube. Even though I wear my hair pretty much the same way every day. They're just fun!

I'm so sorry that happened to you, people who pick on others are insecure on the inside. Yes you could channel your bad feelings into working out or improving yourself, but I think the first step should be working on accepting yourself just as you are. I used to eat ketchup and mustard sandwiches & frozen peas. I loved eating drops of sucaryl, and I would put reduced cream on steak like a sauce. Gross! And fairy bread, it's still delicious, I want some now.
