Yes. My suggestion, if you hate strength training, do cardio, but try and increase the resistance. So your muscles are getting a good workout too.

It's funny how when people go to the beach, everyone cares about how THEY look, but no one cares about how other people look. So don't worry about other people, they're not thinking anything. On a beach you see all shapes and sizes. Obviously I can't give you an opinion on whether I would personally wear that lol

Pick the hardest floor in the house, like tiles. And possibly buy another set of digital scales. I have the Carmen C19006 and it is brilliant and doesn't have those problems.

Usual reasons for water retention is you have a lot of sodium in your diet. Or you're not hydrated enough. The less you drink, the more your body holds on to its fluids. The more you drink water, the kidneys will get rid of the excess. Some people might have an actual condition though

I personally find that when I miss breakfast, I'm more likely to binge eat at lunch, or crave junk food at lunch. Breakfast will keep you satisfied till lunch. So when lunch comes, you're not craving. If you can still eat healthy at lunch, without having any breakfast, then do that. Whatevers best for you.
