  • You can try the Hab-it DVD. It was designed by a physical therapist who suffers from prolapse herself. She had a web site which is really informative and you can also get it on Amazon. It consist of several workouts for those with prolapse.
  • I motivate myself by simply putting on my work out shoes and clothes. It may sound silly but I work out 5-6 days a week. I work and have three young kids. There is seldom a time I do not feel tired when I get home. I just tell myself to put on my work out gear and get started and if I want to stop I can. I never stop once…
