  • I have not followed . I am vegan and most the time eat clean. Maybe 2 cheat meals a week. I am at the weight i want to be so thats no big deal. Using MFP I can track the protein/carbs/fat I need and eat the foods I like. Maybe I would have a bit more gains if I did theirs 100% but I am happy with what I've achieved so far.

  • Hows it going? I am in my last three weeks and doing well still. Added only 10 minutes of cardio 3 times a week to keep some fat off and thinking maybe I shouldn't have. My gains would have been better but I do see some size gains I didnt have with P90X.

  • I have been giving in to a cup or two of air popped popcorn to make the late night munchies go away. Only 30-35 calories per cup
  • I make my own that is pretty healthy. Ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla, non gmo organic Pizza Sauce, artichoke hearts, olives,sun dried tomatoes, spices and layered in spinach. (No cheese, im vegan) and i'm stuffed with only about 325 calories.
