@SonicDeathMonkey80 & @skippygirlsmom Thank you both so much. I will try to incorporate both into my stretching routines and drop the challenge routine for now and do strong lifts instead. At least there is no jumping around (which I think is the problem). I ran 4 miles today with no problems.

I haven't had any syncing problems with my Vivosmart to Garmin connect, MFP, or with Bluetooth. It only drops Bluetooth if I get out of range of my phone. It also links up with my Garmin Heartrate monitor with no problems.

I've been running since January 1st and just finished my first 10k program. I have my first non 5k race next Saturday (8k). Now I am training for a half marathon. My goal for March is 65 miles.
