  • Eat a healthy small breakfast and lunch. For dinner eat the carbs and the Turkey! Try to limit yourself to one or two desert items do you don't feel to awful
  • One cup in the morning and one cup in the afternoon should be plenty. I use a light creamer and sometimes Splenda.
  • I usually try to eat healthy and low calorie Monday -Thursday. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I have a meal that I want to cheat with but one meal only per Friday Saturday or Sunday. If I'm trying to lose weight I'll go 7 days of clean eating and then on the 8th day I'll have a cheat meal, and it'll start all over again.
