  • I have a whiteboard on my fridge. It lists some of the things I want to be able to do when I'm at a more normal weight, things I am physically not capable of right now. I read it at least once a day. Pre-logging my day's food also helps tremendously to keep me on track.
  • I use this one from Amazon. It goes up to 550lbs and talks (so I don't have to try and see down to read the scale. Step on it, and it says hello and in a couple seconds it says I'm ready, step on it and it will tell you your weight to .2 precision.…
