Hi All, I started out brisk walking today and only one min of jogging as my stomach starts hurting. I always had this condition BC I don't breath enough oxygen in. Yes, I will start with that. I also downloaded the myfitnesspal to keep track of my calories intake as I need to gain weight. Thank you for the advice! I am looking into that now. :smile:

Thanks for the advice, everyone! Some of you suggest to do those exercises, so that means that I have to hire a personal trainer or pay to go to the gym? No working at home? My main problem right now is I am unemployed, so I don't have the budget.
