  • There are corsets made for exercise. Usually it's easier to just take it off to work out. If you're doing it for fashion purposes or because you like the shape, then there's nothing wrong with wearing them out for errands. But corseting is not a replacement for proper nutrition and exercise.
  • That's what I did for a long time. I liked it, and being low-carb helped me cut cravings. I would raise the carbs a little bit to 30 or so, and keep in mind net carbs vs fiber.
