Hi...back on My Fitness Pal! 51 years old and 180Lbs 5’ll .... menopause is killing me! I’m looking to lose 15 lbs! I’m on my Pelaton and strength train 4-5 times a week. Should I eat the exercise calories to lose weight? Seems counterproductive?
