  • My life saver when I started dieting was the arc trainer and swimming classes big hence on the swimming. It was hard I would get off that arc trainer feeling like death might be coming. I also had to learn to not eat anything after dinner, because you do not want your body sleeping on a full tummy. I started out slow still…

  • We are only human everyone has something they consider to be a binge day, I learned after years of pushing hard to be 100% perfect that I had to relax a little bad days happen just make sure they don't continue today is a new day just stick to it and don't stress that only makes it worse. :)
  • I am in a similar boat, I lost my first 40lbs super quick, was like it was just falling off and since then it seems like the scale is broken, well that's what I tell myself anyway.... I get the same advice, which is to strength train, but my deep down fear (yes I know it's not really like this) Is that adding that muscle…
  • I have a friend I go to the gym to on set days, and it is a huge help because there is no way for me to talk myself out of the exercise because she is counting on me to be there with her, also helps that I drive. Stop stressing so much over it, I yoyo dieted for many years always so gung ho from the start, and all it did…
