alheitmeyer, I find myself wanting to snack to stay awake also. I've been chewing a lot more gum to not snack and it also makes me want to drink more water. So I guess win/win there.

Also keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. So you could be losing inches and gaining muscle. Muscle takes up less space than fat but weighs more. Taking your measurements is a good idea.
