I belong there been going for abt a year now/ Love the massage bed and chair more than anything else tho! As far as the equipment it is new and clean but I think its time for me to advance to a diff gym. I am not a beginner anymore.

I belong to planet fitness and work out thier daily. I have lost up to 16 pounds due to me working out. I use the tanning bed, the massage bed, and the massage chair. I love them all.. It is a affordable gym that accomodates all my needs. I dont understand why they serve pizza or bagels once a month but I do know how to…

Aww so sorry, I am the complete opposite though when something is bothering me I can NOT eat and can go days without food. I dont know how to tell you to cope with emotional eating bc I have the exact opposite. I do find chewing gum helps alot though.
