Hmm I see. excellent points everyone. I'll reconsider cheat days - Easter I know I'll cheat so I plan on working out everyday - no matter what.

I was reading an article on daily burn that actually said that cheat days are actually good for you. They also said to cheat on days that you plan to have a big workout

Okay I'm usually under my deficit for the entire week so I was thinking of making Saturday and Sunday my cheat/relax days? So long as I don't go crazy it's fine?

Good point about over estimating! I'm actually ordering a polar watch very soon. I have a photo shoot coming up I gotta look good for lol. Thanks for explaining btw I appreciate it. Oh and as for food I make sure to not eat much and keep it simple and healthy

Sorry I meant 500 a day=3500 a week. This app was giving me difficulties. But it could work? Someone was telling me that my metabolism would be too low? :/
