It's been 5 years but I finally made it! I didn't work on this over the entire five years. I've been focusing on strength for about a year, with about 8 weeks off in the middle because of an injury. I honestly thought I would never achieve this. I am pushing 60. Thrilled!!

Great job! Love your idea of a calculated binge day. I know a binge is fine, maybe even good, but I always end up feeling kind of guilty. Which gives me an excuse to "give up" ... which leads to more slipping. This may tighten that part of my plan up nicely!
