  • Keep yourself at the top of your list and you will always accomplish your goals. Set small goals and large goals and reward yourself as you go, new shoes, hair, etc, just not food rewards, those will set you back (trust me I know). Good luck!!
  • TV while walking/running on the treadmill with one of my fav movies playing, makes the time fly by. Support from family and friends, MFP friends are the best!
