I work as a Preschool secretary-so I do a lot of walking to the classrooms. I go to their room instead of calling into the room so I get away from the desk. When the weather cooperates I walk during my lunch break too.

I attempted this last year. I found it very difficult and limiting to do a vegan keto. It isn't impossible but it is very challenging. I like a variety of foods and it was to hard to be that limited. at the moment my favorite exercise is the rowing machine. I also love to lift weights. I am most consistent with getting up early (5:30am) and getting the workout in before getting ready for work.

I am so sorry for not posting. My son and daughter in law had a baby this week and that has thrown everything off for me. My weight is 195.5. I have not had a lot of steps in this week as I hurt my back on Monday and then was with family.
