  • I do like to hit the snooze button often but when I am in my routine I sleep in my workout clothes so all I have to do is put my gym shoes on. I change it up by working out in my home gym or videos
  • I too binge eat. I have to keep my trigger foods out of my house. Although that doesn't always stop me from going through the drive-thru. I really like what Joninjas said: This is so true! Catching the thought pattern before it becames an action is very important.
